What to do in Mocha Island
This "Hidden Paradise" offers beautiful landscapes and fun activities in direct contact with the nature in its purest condition. From its origins the island keeps a natural beauty, the ancient mountain range, its wildlife surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, its massive beaches and its main path (road).
Visiting the historical lighthouse
Visit one of the island’s icons. This building belongs to the lighthouses net of Chile and is placed on the East zone of the island.
Crossing from East to West
On the National Reserve were created two trekking lanes that crosses the native mountain. The “new path”, crossing the Reserva from East to West, and the “Sendero Laguna Hermosa”, a marvellous tour in the forest that attracts as a magnet.
Natural gas lighting
Among the richnesses of the island, we count with a natural power source: the gas coming from the Earth’s interior and appears on the sea.
Horse ridings
Travel to áreas of the island by horse, in fun groups. You can also travel on carts, the typical transportation means of the island.
